• At the end of the form, you will be asked whether you consent to your email address being shared with the Cancer Institute NSW. Providing consent enables the Cancer Institute NSW to invite you to access the Cancer Research Education Portal (CREd) and receive information about related research education opportunities and resources, including the NSW Cancer Research Education Seminar Series. Access to the CREd Portal is managed by the Cancer Institute NSW and is available by email invitation only. If you would like access, select “Yes please” when prompted in the membership form.
